1. Deposit and Registration Policy
Deposits are due at registration. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You are not considered registered until you sign up through the website, pay the deposit, and receive a confirmation email. Secure your place as soon as possible.
2. Forms of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
3. Last-Minute Registration
Check with us to see if space is available after the registration deadline.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Before the Final Payment Due Date: Full refund provided. Credit card refunds are processed by your card provider, and check payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
- After the Final Payment Due Date: No refund is provided.
- Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations. See our Travel Insurance page for a trusted provider.
5. Document Delivery
Travel documents, including itinerary details, departure times, hotel information, and travel tips, will be sent after your deposit is paid. Updated documents will be emailed approximately three weeks before departure.
6. Other Refund Considerations
- If a scheduled venue is missed due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund equal to the admission cost may be granted at our discretion.
- If the motorcoach’s air conditioning or restroom is non-operational, no refund will be provided.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of tour completion.
7. Cancelled Tours
We reserve the right to cancel any tour that does not meet the minimum participation requirement. Full refunds (minus any credit card processing fees) will be issued. Cancellation notices will be given at least seven days before departure.
8. Wheelchair & Walking Requirements
- The motorcoach is not ADA-equipped and cannot accommodate motorized vehicles.
- Passengers must be able to climb stairs onto the motorcoach and walk without aid.
- This is a Level 2 Activity Tour, requiring moderate walking and standing.
9. Luggage Policy
Each passenger may bring one suitcase for under-coach storage, plus a small personal item such as a purse or backpack. Travel light for convenience.
10. Luggage Disclaimer
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage and personal items. Ensure that your belongings are secure at all times.
11. Single Accommodations
Single accommodations at hotels do not guarantee a double seat on the motorcoach. Double rooms include two beds. Special requests (king bed, rollaway, lounge chair) must be made at registration.
12. Changing Accommodations
Hotel accommodation changes after registration may result in additional fees.
13. Identification Requirements
All passengers must carry a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.).
14. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to alter or cancel any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Additional costs may apply.
15. Medical Conditions & Medication
- We recommend that passengers voluntarily provide a list of medications and medical conditions for emergency use.
- This information will remain confidential and only accessible to the tour guide and company CEO.
- In case of emergency, passengers should provide two emergency contacts.
16. Minor Children
- Minimum age: 10 years old.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or adult relative.
17. Cell Phone Etiquette on the Motorcoach
- Phones must be on silent or vibrate.
- Keep conversations brief and avoid personal topics.
18. Music & Audio Devices
All personal music and audio devices must be used with headphones.
19. Smoking & Alcohol
- Smoking, e-cigarettes, and tobacco products are prohibited onboard.
- Possession and/or consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden.
20. Medical Devices
- Oxygen tanks under 99 lbs are allowed.
- Battery-powered medical devices are required, as large electrical loads will disable the motorcoach system.
21. Returned Checks
A $25 service charge will be applied for all returned checks. Additional collection fees may apply.
22. No-Shows
- Passengers must arrive on time. The motorcoach will not wait for late arrivals.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows.
23. Lost & Found
Items left on the motorcoach will be held for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
24. Weapons Policy
Weapons, ammunition, and explosives are strictly prohibited.
25. Medication Containers
All medications must be in original prescription or labeled containers.
26. Pets & Animals
- No pets or animals are allowed on the motorcoach.
- Service dogs are permitted but must be trained to perform specific tasks related to a disability.
- Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.
27. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our Travel Insurance page for our recommended provider.
