📝 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Noah’s Ark Motorcoach Tours, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Below are our policies for cancellations, refunds, and travel insurance to help you make informed decisions about your trip.

🔹 Cancellation & Refund Policy

📅 Cancelling Before the “Final Payment Due Date”

• If you cancel before the final payment due date, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
• Credit card refunds are processed by your card provider.
• If you paid by check, money order, or cashier’s check, a refund will be mailed within 7–10 business days after cancellation.

📅 Cancelling After the “Final Payment Due Date”

• If you cancel after the final payment due date, no refund will be issued.
• To protect your investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance (details below).

🔹 Travel Insurance Protection

To avoid financial loss in case of cancellations, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

• Travel insurance may provide refunds and/or coverage for unforeseen circumstances based on the insurance provider’s terms.
• See our Travel Insurance page for a trusted provider who offers “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage.

🔹 Document Delivery & Trip Preparation

• Upon deposit payment and registration confirmation, we will email:
  ✅ Tour itinerary
  ✅ Departure details & location
  ✅ Hotel information
  ✅ Clothing & packing suggestions
  ✅ Luggage tags
  ✅ Travel tips
• Final tour documents will be emailed three weeks before departure, including:
  ✅ Updated itinerary
  ✅ Lodging details
  ✅ Final travel reminders

🔹 Additional Refund Considerations

• If a scheduled venue is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund equal to the admission cost may be issued at our discretion.
• If the motorcoach’s air conditioning or washroom is non-operational, no refund will be provided.
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days after the tour is completed.

🚨 Note: Third-party services booked through us are non-refundable and are subject to their supplier’s policies.
